What do Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik all have in common? They are all the members of the UK boy band One Direction! Their rise to fame all started back in 2010 when they all auditioned for the UK X Factor as individuals. They didn't make it on their own so Simon Cowell put them together as a group and One Direction was born! The boy band ended up getting third and not winning the X Factor that season, but Simon Cowell saw potential so he got them signed to his record label. Since then these five boys have risen to fame and have fans all over the world.
